SA Health is seeking a Community Support Worker to assist older people and those with disability in the Limestone Coast region. You will work in homes and communities, delivering person-centred care including personal support, meal prep, and mobility assistance.

Role requires a current driver’s licence and ability to work autonomously, with a focus on independence and safety within care plans. NDIs checks and driver requirements apply.
