Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie is beneficial!
- Have the confidence and professionalism to lead a section and mentor junior chefs, including Apprentices
- Creativity around menu development and food presentation
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Prepared to work flexible schedule including weekends and late nights across a 7-day roster
