Australian Fair Work Ombudsman is seeking a Principal Lawyer to lead the Legal Advice Team across Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. The role offers full-time or part time hours with some work from home, and requires at least seven years post‑admission experience in workplace relations or public sector law.

You will provide strategic legal guidance, manage a team of lawyers, review educational materials and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to advance Fair Work objectives.
