Mount Isa Mines is seeking a Manager – Operations to lead the protected and efficient operation of our Smelters and Concentrators in Mount Isa. You will drive operational discipline, safety, cost control, and continuous improvement across metallurgical teams.

You will report to the General Manager and collaborate with maintenance, technical services, and engineering to deliver reliable production. This is a residential role on a 5/2 roster with opportunities for leadership development and career
