An exciting chance has become available for a motivated, enthusiastic and sales-driven Part-Time Membership Consultant to join our growing Anytime Fitness team across Bowral and Mittagong.

About the Role

As a Membership Consultant, you'll be an integral part of our club's success, responsible for driving membership growth, building relationships and delivering an exceptional member experience.

Key responsibilities include:

- Driving membership sales and consistently working towards individual and club targets.

- Generating new leads through prospecting, referrals, community engagement and local marketing initiatives.

- Conducting engaging club tours and converting enquiries into memberships.

- Managing incoming enquiries, follow-ups and prospective member appointments.

- Building positive relationships with existing members to encourage engagement and retention.

- Supporting club promotions, events and membership campaigns.

- Assisting with daily club operations and maintaining high presentation standards.

- Working collaboratively with club management to achieve business objectives.

About You

Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail or the fitness industry will be highly regarded; however, full training will be provided to the right candidate.
