Francom Legal is seeking a commercially astute corporate lawyer to support the CEO of Francom Group, advising on strategic agreements and transactions across Legal, Credit, Finance, Compliance and Franchising. You will handle vendor and supplier agreements, debt sale/purchase, banking arrangements, IP licenses, and software/tech contracts, plus debt recovery and litigation matters.

This is not a traditional legal role.
