Saige Health & Wellness is a specialist women’s health practice in Coffs Harbour on the NSW Mid North Coast. We bring together specialist obstetrics and gynaecology, women’s health general practice, midwifery and dedicated pregnancy and gynaecology imaging through our partner practice, Saige Ultrasound, all under one roof at the Specialists Medical Centre, Pacific Highway.

Our team is collaborative and well supported. We have an experienced reception team, in-house sonographers, a surgical coordinator, midwifery support and a Medical Director with advanced training in complex minimally invasive gynaecological surgery. We care for women across Coffs Harbour, Grafton, Port Macquarie and the surrounding region, and demand for specialist O&G; care keeps growing.

The opportunity

We’re looking for a FRANZCOG Obstetrician & Gynaecologist to join us on a fly-in fly-out basis. You’ll work entirely in the private setting, combining:

Consulting: gynaecology and obstetric consultations, with a robust referral base ready to fill your lists

Ultrasound: integrated specialist imaging through Saige Ultrasound, with potential to scan and report

Operating: private theatre lists at Baringa Private Hospital, Coffs Harbour

Commitment is flexible. It can be a few days a month or a full week a month,



scheduled around your city practice. We’re ideally looking for a minimum 12-month commitment so you can build continuity of care and a reliable regional patient base.

About you

Fellowship of RANZCOG (FRANZCOG) – essential

Specialist registration with AHPRA (or eligibility)

Able to obtain admitting rights at Baringa Private Hospital

Patient-centred, collaborative and comfortable working within a multidisciplinary women’s health team

Please note

This is a private practice role only, with no public hospital appointment attached. For those who want it, we may be able to help coordinate concurrent locum work at local public hospitals during your visits.
