About the role

This role provides clinical leadership and oversight of a Psychiatric Emergency Care Centre, ensuring secure, effective, and high-quality mental health care for consumers aged 14 and above. Responsibilities include clinical governance, quality and safety, performance monitoring, service improvement, and collaboration with Emergency Department staff to deliver timely mental health assessments, coordinated care, and comprehensive care planning, while reducing absconding and repeat emergency presentations.
