With an active pipeline of projects across Sydney, the business is looking to appoint an experienced Structures Foreman to join its construction team on a significant development currently in its early stages of delivery.
$100m mixed-use residential development in Sydney, comprising luxury apartments and two level basement.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for coordinating the structural works, including multiple concrete pours and vertical elements, working closely with the Senior Site Manager and wider delivery team.
As Structures Foreman, you will be responsible for:

- Managing the day-to-day delivery of structural works, including formwork, reinforcement and concrete.
- Coordinating multiple slab pours (3 - 4) alongside vertical structures, including columns, walls and cores.
- Supervising subcontractors to maintain program, productivity, safety and quality standards.
- Planning and sequencing works, ensuring labour, materials and equipment are available when required.
- Working closely with the Senior Site Manager, engineers and project team to resolve construction and technical issues.
- Managing inspections, quality assurance and compliance with relevant drawings and specifications.
- Driving structural milestones and ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently.

About You

To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have:

- Previous experience as a Structures Foreman on multi-storey residential or mixed-use projects.
- A strong background in concrete structures, formwork and reinforcement.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple pours and concurrent structural work fronts.
- Experience delivering Class 2 residential developments, ideally valued at $30m+.
- Strong programming, subcontractor coordination and site leadership skills.
- The ability to read and interpret structural drawings and resolve issues on site.
- A proactive, hands‑on approach with a strong focus on safety, quality and program.
