Brandbank Group is seeking a Senior Lease Administrator to support the property portfolio, including new leases, renewals and terminations, and to assist with negotiations and reporting. This on-site role will work closely with the General Manager - Property and liaise with legal teams on documentation.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in lease administration, solid knowledge of the Australian Retail Leases Act, and advanced Excel skills.
