Northern NSW Local Health District in Lismore is seeking a compassionate Nursing Unit Manager to lead the Kamala Child and Adolescent Mental Health Inpatient Unit. You will oversee nursing staff, coordinate care with psychiatry, social work and education teams, and drive safety, quality and staff wellbeing across the unit.
This temporary full time maternity leave relief role runs up to 52 weeks (38 hours per week) with a protracted extension possible.
