WHS Coordinator

Continued growth and a solid reputation have been built on a commitment to quality, integrity and meaningful community impact.

With the business continuing to grow, they are seeking a hands-on WHS Coordinator who can influence positive safety behaviours, build strong relationships across the workforce, and help drive a high-performing safety culture. You will bring experience in earthworks, civil construction, waste‑to‑resource or a similar operational environment, along with a Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety. To succeed, you will be a confident communicator who builds trust, takes a hands‑on approach and is genuinely passionate about keeping people safe.

Must‑Have Capability

- Conduct site inspections, audits and safety observations

- Support risk assessments, SWMS reviews and operational safety planning

- Investigate incidents and hazards, ensuring effective corrective actions

- Facilitate toolbox talks, safety meetings and engagement initiatives

- Monitor compliance with WHS legislation, policies and client requirements

- Assist with inductions, onboarding and training

- Maintain safety system, accurate safety records, reporting and documentation

- Partner with operational teams to drive continuous improvement in safety performance
