Coogee Bay Hotel in New South Wales seeks an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to drive service excellence across the venue, dining and events. You will work with chefs on seasonal menus, coordinate with the sales and events teams, and help deliver robust EBITDA through effective cost control and revenue initiatives.

You must have at least 3 years in a management role, tertiary education, and RSA or wine accreditation.
