Are you an experienced High Reach Forklift Operator looking for stable, long-term employment with consistent hours and regular overtime?

ProQuest Recruitment is currently seeking reliable and experienced High Reach Forklift Operators to join, a leading Australian lubricant manufacturer and distributor, at its modern distribution facility in Crestmead.

This is a fantastic prospect to secure ongoing work in a clean, organised and safety-focused warehouse with a well-established Australian business.

Key Responsibilities

- Operating High Reach forklifts safely and efficiently
- Stock putaway, replenishment and bulk stock movements
- Loading and unloading trucks




- RF scanning and inventory management
- Order picking and general warehouse duties
- Manual handling and lifting products up to 20kg
- Meeting daily productivity, accuracy and safety targets

What We're Looking For

- Current LF Forklift Licence – Essential
- Proven High Reach forklift experience – Essential
- Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment
- Ability to safely lift and handle products weighing up to 20kg
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable transport and excellent attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist with general warehouse duties
- Full availability Monday to Friday, including overtime when required
- Commitment to ongoing, long-term employment

Important Information

This position requires consistent availability five days per week. Applicants seeking part‑time arrangements of 3–4 days per week will not be suitable.

Due to the ongoing full‑time hours and overtime requirements, applicants must have unrestricted working rights in Australia.
