Uniting in Ballarat is seeking a Counsellor for Ruby’s Reunification Program to provide high-quality therapeutic support to young people and their families, focusing on reducing conflict and preventing youth homelessness through family reunification.
You will work with youth aged 12-17, complete safety assessments, respond to risk, and collaborate with the team to ensure services are accessible and culturally responsive. A supervision role in therapeutic practice is also part of the position.
