BlueWave Talent is assisting Australia’s top local online business lender in Sydney to appoint a Credit Team Leader. You will run the daily credit queue, lead a team of three and still assess deals daily.

You’ll balance risk with commercial prospect, coach analysts, and partner with Sales, Operations and Risk, using Excel to spot trends and drive improvements. A DLA in commercial lending and hands-on credit experience are required.
