An established national civil contractor with a strong track record across major subdivision and civil infrastructure projects is looking to add two experienced Civil Site Supervisors to their team . With a robust pipeline of long-term work across Adelaide, there are opportunities to join major subdivision projects in both North and South Adelaide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising day-to-day site operations across major subdivision projects
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site crews
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme
- Monitoring quality, productivity and site progress
- Managing site resources, materials and equipment
- Working closely with Project Managers and Project Engineers to ensure successful project delivery
About You:
- Civil construction experience,
ideally across subdivision projects
- Previous experience as a Civil Supervisor / Civil Foreman
- Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
- Good understanding of site safety, quality and project programmes
- Ability to coordinate crews and keep projects moving
