Datacom is seeking a Change Manager to lead the transition from Cherwell to ServiceNow. You will drive ITSM change leadership, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation to ensure a smooth migration and optimized operating models.

Role requires deep ITIL knowledge, experience in large-scale transformations within MSPs, and hands-on delivery for go-live readiness, including data migration and integrations.
