Your Employer

Our client is entering a significant growth phase, backed by the strength and heritage of a well-established Australian agribusiness group. With more than $10 million invested into a state-of-the-art granule manufacturing facility in Queensland, the business produces carbon-based, soil-regenerating fertiliser granules manufactured in-house from recycled organic inputs.

Positioned at the forefront of nitrogen efficiency, soil health and regenerative nutrient delivery, the organisation combines large-scale manufacturing capability with a disciplined commercial model. Territories are structured as defined growth regions, supported by Certified Partner distributors and Corporate Direct customers, with the scale to exceed $10 million in annual revenue per region.

The culture is high-performance, structured and science-led. Territory leaders are expected to operate with ownership, commercial discipline and a long-term view of soil and customer outcomes.

The Role

The Territory Director is responsible for developing and executing the regional growth strategy across the Goondiwindi/Narrabri/Moree Regions. Operating your territory as a defined profit centre, you will drive volume, margin and long-term market penetration through distributor activation, agronomist education and direct grower engagement.

Key responsibilities

- Build and execute a regional business plan aligned to growth targets
- Activate and manage Certified Partner distributors
- Develop and convert Corporate Direct customer opportunities

- Deliver agronomic education and product positioning programs
- Establish and interpret on-farm trials and demonstrations
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management via CRM
- Collaborate closely with sales support and operations to ensure service excellence

About You

You are commercially sharp, technically credible and comfortable owning a number. You understand fertiliser, plant nutrition and broadacre systems, and can confidently translate soil science into practical, profitable programs for growers.

Key criteria

- Solid fertiliser and plant nutrition knowledge
- Proven sales or territory growth experience
- Ability to influence agronomists, distributors and senior decision-makers
- Experience working autonomously across regional territories
- Strong commercial acumen and forecasting discipline
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively
- Degree in Agricultural Science or related discipline (preferred)

The Benefits

This is a rare opportunity to build a genuine regional profit centre within a well-capitalised, growth-focused agribusiness. You will have the autonomy to shape your territory, backed by structured systems, ERP integration, marketing support and a clear operating rhythm.

Remuneration includes

- Base salary + superannuation
- Uncapped short- and long-term incentive structure
- Fully maintained company vehicle
- Business and private fuel
- Investment in professional development

High performance is recognised and rewarded within a clear accountability framework.
