A Day in the Life
Enterprise Accounts & Services supports healthcare customers across Australia and Current Zealand through commercial, customer engagement, and service solutions that help expand access to Medtronic technologies. This role is aligned to the Animal Health segment (animal direct accounts and animal distributors) and focuses on engaging customers remotely to generate demand, identify opportunities, support adoption, and contribute to territory growth across the region.
Primary Responsibilities





- Drive remote sales activities across assigned accounts and territories to achieve or exceed sales objectives.
- Identify, qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities through proactive outreach and customer engagement.
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling and lead generation, to build and maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline.
- Promote and educate customers on Medtronic products, services, and value propositions through virtual interactions.
- Partner with field sales representatives to coordinate customer activities, develop opportunities, and support territory plans.
- Analyse customer and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and actions that support business growth.
- Coordinate product demonstrations and facilitate connections between customers and field sales representatives where appropriate.
- Resolve customer enquiries and concerns in a timely manner while maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
