Xpress Health Agency is currently seeking compassionate and experienced Mental Health Registered Nurses (RNs) to support healthcare facilities across Sydney Metro and surrounding areas in New South Wales (NSW) .

About the Role

You will be providing high-quality, recovery-focused nursing care within mental health settings, supporting individuals experiencing acute or ongoing mental health conditions.

Your responsibilities may include:

- Conducting mental health assessments and risk assessments
- Developing and implementing care plans
- Administering medications and monitoring patient responses
- Supporting patients with emotional and behavioural needs
- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Providing compassionate and patient-centred care in accordance with best practice standards

What We Are Looking For





- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous Mental Health nursing experience
- Mental Health qualification or demonstrated experience in mental health settings (preferred)
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Up-to-date National Police CheckWorking rights in Australia and must be living in Australia
- Strong communication and de-escalation skills
- Compassionate, qualified, and reliable attitude
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
