Senior AEM Full Stack Developer role

- Core Responsibility Design, develop, and support enterprise-grade digital solutions for Toyota Finance Australia’s customer-facing platforms using AEM as a Cloud Service.
- Technical Stack Utilize AEM, React-based front-end frameworks, and enterprise integration services to build reusable components, workflows, and secure, responsive applications.
- Collaborative Delivery Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Architects, Designers, and Engineers, within an Agile/SAFe delivery setting.
- Architecture & Quality Contribute to technical design, provide documentation, ensure alignment with enterprise security and architectural standards, and promote engineering best practices.
- Technical Leadership Mentor junior developers, lead technical spikes, conduct code reviews, and drive the quality, maintainability, and reusability of digital solutions.
- Operational Support Troubleshoot complex production issues, support platform upgrades, and collaborate with vendors to maintain platform performance and stability.
