We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee financial performance, production operations and business delivery for a well‑established Sunshine Coast manufacturer. This is a hands‑on leadership role offering genuine influence across operations, commercial performance and future growth.

Key Responsibilities n

- Manage day-to-day business operations, production and delivery performance
n
- Drive cashflow management, budgeting and operational reporting
n
- Oversee manufacturing, production control and supply chain activities
n
- Lead and develop a small, high-performing team
n
- Support strategic growth initiatives and continuous improvement programs
n
- Work closely with customers across mining and industrial sectors
n





About You nn
- 7+ years' experience in manufacturing, engineering or industrial operations leadership
n
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in cashflow, budgeting and financial oversight
n
- Background in production control, manufacturing or engineering operations
n
- Knowledge of valves, piping, water, power generation, automation, mining or related industries highly regarded
n
- Proven ability to improve operational efficiency and business performance
n
