Senior Apple Platforms & Strategic Services Consultant

We are seeking a senior, highly experienced Apple platform specialist to work alongside our consulting, sales, and delivery teams, shaping how Apple technologies are designed, implemented, and supported across a diverse client base.

This is a hands‑on, consultative role for someone who enjoys working deeply in the Apple ecosystem—engaging directly with clients, contributing to solution design, and helping teams deliver high‑quality outcomes. While the role carries senior influence, it is embedded and collaborative, not hierarchical.

You’ll contribute deep Apple expertise within multidisciplinary teams, supporting organisations across creative, professional, high‑performance, education, and SME environments that rely on Apple platforms to do their best work.

What You’ll Do

- Act as a senior Apple specialist within consulting and sales teams, supporting pre‑sales discovery, solution shaping, and client engagement
- Contribute to Apple ecosystem engagements covering:
- macOS and iOS environments
- Identity, security, and device lifecycle management
- Modern Apple‑focused MDM platforms and tooling, such as Jamf
- Creative,



professional, and education workflows

- Work closely with:

- Internal engineers, consultants, and service teams
- Client stakeholders across creative, technical, operational, and leadership roles

- Translate business and workflow requirements into practical, supportable Apple solutions
- Support organisations through:

- Platform improvement and modernisation
- Growth, scale, and workflow change
- Longer‑term Apple roadmap planning

- Contribute to the rebuild and uplift of internal service and delivery systems, helping transition from legacy tools to modern cloud‑based platforms (such as ConnectWise), with a focus on scalable service workflows, visibility, and operational effectiveness
- Share knowledge, improve delivery consistency, and uplift capability across teams

Must‑Have Skills & Experience

These are essential for the role:

- Exceptional understanding of networking, security, and endpoint management, from scoping and solution design through to implementation and operational support
- Proven experience in solution design and project delivery within an MSP, Apple Partner, Jamf partner, or similar consulting/services environment
- Deep technical experience across Apple, Windows, and cloud platforms, including:
- macOS and iOS
- Windows
- Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Workspace
- Entra ID

- Expert‑level architectural knowledge of Windows Server technologies, including:

- Active Directory
- Group Policy
- Remote Desktop Services
- Virtualisation platforms

- Strong end‑to‑end understanding of MDM technologies,



from architecture and solution design through to deployment and ongoing operations
- Excellent communication and client‑facing skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts
- A mindset oriented toward continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability

Nice‑to‑Have (Highly Regarded)

These are not mandatory, but highly valuable:

- Background with Apple Authorised Service Providers, Apple Partners, or Jamf Elite / Jamf MSP environments
- Experience supporting creative studios, production environments, or education institutions
- Familiarity with Jamf Pro, Jamf Protect, Jamf Connect, or adjacent Apple ecosystem tooling
- Experience contributing to service platform maturity, PSA alignment, or delivery model improvement
- Informal mentoring, technical leadership, or advisory experience
