Are you a creative visual storyteller who knows how to make content pop on social media?

Driven by significant ongoing growth, Ray White Northcote, led by Director John Catanzariti, is expanding! We are looking for an energetic Marketing & Content Creator to join our innovative, award-winning team in Northcote.

Working alongside top-performing agents and experienced leadership, you will take ownership of our brand's online presence - crafting engaging short-form videos, spotlighting our star agents, highlighting premier properties, and showcasing our vibrant culture.

What You'll Be Doing

- Social Media Management: Own our social media ecosystem (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) - scheduling, posting, monitoring engagement, and growing our online community.

- Short-Form Video Production: Filming, editing, and producing high-impact short videos (Reels/TikToks) that capture property walk-throughs, agent spotlights, community stories, and office highlights.

- 360 Content Creation: Creating compelling graphics, posts, and written copy tailored to our agents, property listings, and wider agency branding.

- Email & Digital Marketing: Designing and distributing weekly EDMs, digital newsletters, and campaign announcements.

- Campaign Strategy & Storyboarding: Brainstorming fresh content ideas, storyboarding videos, and running interviews with team members and local community figures.

- Brand & Local PR: Liaising with local media outlets, editing marketing assets, and coordinating our involvement with local community events.

What We're Looking For

- Creative Vision & Technical Skill:



Proficiency with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing apps.

- Storytelling Ability: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for writing punchy, engaging social captions.

- Self-Starter Mindset: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Windows-based programs and digital communication tools.

- Requirements: A valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
