Property Manager / Asset Manager (Office)

THE ROLE

This is a site-based position managing a large busy, multi-tenanted commercial office asset on the CBD fringe. The role focuses heavily on tenant relationships, lease renewals, and overseeing property management. You'll work closely with an on-site Facilities Manager and Engineer on site, allowing you to focus on the commercial and tenant-facing aspects of the property.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, handling enquiries, disputes and ongoing communication
- Oversee lease renewals, rent reviews and lease administration
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, outgoings reconciliations and financial reporting
- Manage tenant correspondence, including formal and legal documentation
- Work closely with the Facilities Manager and Engineer on maintenance and compliance matters




- Conduct property inspections and ensure statutory compliance
- Manage the owner / client’s expectations

THE PERSON

- 5+ years' experience in commercial property management/asset management
- Strong experience managing multi-tenanted commercial office or retail buildings
- Confident communicator & strong willed operator who can who can handle difficult stakeholders
- Sound understanding of commercial leases, rent reviews and statutory obligations
- Strong financial acumen across budgeting, reporting and outgoings reconciliations
- NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Available for an immediate start or at short notice (ideally but essential)
