Allambi Care is seeking Residential Care Workers to provide around-the-clock care for youths aged 12 to 17 in Victoria. You will build positive relationships, follow tailored routines and support everyday activities in a secure home setting.

You will join a dedicated team and benefit from flexible hours, paid induction, and ongoing supervision. A relevant qualification and checks are required, with opportunities for casual work and later part-time conversions.
