About The Role n

Reporting to the Head of Risk Assurance and Business Services, you'll lead the site's risk management, compliance, assurance, SOCI and physical security programs. You'll play a critical role in supporting risk-informed decision making, ensuring regulatory obligations are met, strengthening operational resilience, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the site.

What You’ll Be Doing n

- Leading the implementation and ongoing improvement of the site risk management framework.
n




- Facilitating risk assessments and maintaining risk registers and reporting.
n
- Driving compliance and governance activities.
n
- Overseeing assurance and audit programs.
n
- Coordinating SOCI and critical infrastructure obligations.
n
- Providing oversight of physical security governance and improvement initiatives.
n
- Preparing reports and insights for leadership forums. Leading and developing a team of specialists.
n

What You’ll Bring n

Experience leading teams within risk, compliance, assurance, audit or security environments.

n

Strong knowledge of risk management principles and governance frameworks.

n

Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.

n

Strong analytical, facilitation and reporting skills.
