Biffa is recruiting a Regional Driver Development Coach to support Haz & Liquid Waste Tanker operations. This hands-on, field-based role focuses on promoting safe driving, maintaining compliance and developing the skills and behaviours of our drivers to deliver outstanding service.
You'll work with drivers and operational management to ensure knowledge, confidence and competence for safe and effective operations, driving a strong safety culture across regional teams.
