MEC is seeking an experienced People & Culture professional to join our Brisbane CBD team on a 12-month parental leave contract, four days a week. You will drive the P&C; function, working closely with the Executive and Management teams to sustain momentum and alignment with our strategy.
You will lead recruitment, employee relations, performance, development, engagement, retention and remuneration, ensuring compliant, pragmatic advice and solid stakeholder partnerships across the business.
