Norma’s Deli in Manly (Sydney) is seeking a creative Pastry Chef to join our bakery team and shape our pastry and cake offering. You’ll work closely with our Head Baker to develop seasonal recipes and bring fresh ideas to the menu.
Daily production and preparation for dine-in, takeaway and catering, while maintaining quality, presentation and hygiene standards. You’ll train junior staff and contribute to cost-effective operations in a busy workplace.
