Centrecare is seeking a Tenancy Support Officer to help clients access and maintain secure housing. You will advocate with agencies and landlords, arrange referrals, and guide clients through the private rental market with short-term mentoring and support within a four to six-week window.
You will assess eligibility, coordinate with support workers, and monitor outcomes while building solid community networks across WA. This role requires a Diploma and valid checks plus a flexible roster.
