Commercial Property Senior Lawyer | 5+ PQE

The opportunity

n

An established advisory firm is seeking a Senior Property Lawyer to join its Sydney practice. Working alongside experienced property lawyers, you will advise a diverse client base on commercial property transactions, leasing and developments, with direct client contact and responsibility for your own matters.

What you’ll work on

n

n
- Manage commercial and industrial acquisitions and disposals, including contract negotiation and due diligence.
n
- Advise landlords, tenants and major retail clients on commercial and retail leasing.
n
- Work on property developments, including off-the-plan projects, subdivisions and joint ventures.
n
- Draft and negotiate property agreements, advise on regulatory matters and manage transactions through to completion.
n

About you

n

n




- At least 5 years’ PQE in property or real estate law, including commercial transactions and leasing.
n
- Confidence managing matters autonomously, with strong drafting, negotiation and client communication skills.
n
- A commercial, cooperative approach and an interest in mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to practice development.
n
