Newhaven College on Phillip Island seeks an Outdoor Recreation Trainee to support delivery of outdoor education for Prep–Year 12 students. This full-time, on-site position involves assisting with activity setup, supervising students, and helping run hiking, kayaking, and environmental learning sessions.
You will learn risk management, equipment care, and protected supervision under experienced staff, while promoting inclusion, wellbeing and teamwork across co-curricular programs.
