Lyka is looking for a People Ops all-rounder to join the Pack in Sydney. This hands-on role centers People processes day-to-day and may be hired at Associate or Lead level depending on experience.
You will own end-to-end lifecycle processes, manage People systems, and deliver timely reporting while collaborating with Payroll, Finance and Legal to ensure smooth operation of the employee journey.
