APAC FM is recruiting an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join one of Australia’s leading multi-disciplinary HVAC businesses in Brisbane.

Day-to-day responsibilities nn
- n

Service, maintenance, repairs and upgrades across a variety of commercial HVAC systems

n
- n

Attend breakdowns and diagnose faults

n
- n

Quote repairs, replacements and system upgrades

n
- n

Electrical fault finding and rectification

n
- n

Participate in an on-call roster

n
- n

Complete detailed service reports and documentation

n
- n

Maintain high safety and compliance standards

n
- n

Communicate with clients and provide practical technical solutions

n

n

Experience across refrigeration and/or Building Management Systems (BMS) would be highly regarded.

What you'll need n

- n

A genuinely positive attitude and willingness to be part of a collaborative team

n
- n

Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

n
- n

Refrigerant Handling Licence

n
- n

Restricted Electrical Licence

n
- n

Relevant QBCC licence

n
- n

Current Australian driver's licence

n
- n

Ability to complete required medical and police checks

n
- n

Strong fault-finding and service experience

n
