Belgravia Leisure in Bribie Island, QLD, is seeking a Venue Manager to lead the Aquatic & Leisure Centre operations, drive customer service excellence and commercial performance.

You will recruit, develop and lead a passionate team, manage the budget and programs, ensure safety, and partner with the Council to deliver community health outcomes.

This full-time role requires a strong leader with local government awareness, skilled qualifications and a commitment to inclusion and service.
