About the Role:

n

We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support Minetek’s internal recruitment needs, attracting and securing quality talent across a range of roles and business functions.

n

You’ll play a key role in delivering end-to-end recruitment, combining proactive sourcing, effective candidate engagement, and practical recruitment strategies to meet the business’s hiring requirements.

n

Working closely with the TA Manager and hiring managers, you’ll help deliver timely, quality recruitment outcomes that support Minetek’s ongoing growth and operational needs.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Sourcing and attracting quality candidates through LinkedIn, CRM databases, and other relevant channels.
n
- Partnering with the TA Manager and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing and selection strategies.
n
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across Minetek, including screening, interviews, reference and background checks, and offer coordination.
n
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs across technical, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and corporate functions.
n
- Providing recruitment updates, candidate insights,



and market feedback to support hiring decisions and keep recruitment processes progressing efficiently.
n
- Delivering a positive candidate experience while maintaining accurate recruitment records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
n

Skills and Qualifications:

n

n
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally internal talent acquisition experience.
n
- Proven experience managing multiple vacancies across different roles and business functions in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Solid sourcing and candidate engagement skills, with the ability to attract talent through a variety of recruitment channels.
n
- Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial roles will be highly regarded.
n
- Sound stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise competing recruitment demands.
n
- Proactive and commercially minded, with strong recruitment systems knowledge and a focus on delivering quality hires and a positive candidate experience.
