Receptionist -Casual

A leading cosmetic and skin health clinic in Teneriffe is seeking a professional, well-presented Receptionist to join our friendly and dynamic team . We are seeking a skilled and personable Receptionist to join our team on a Part time/ full time basis . The role covers Monday to Saturday , with specific days to be agreed upon.

About the Role n

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless clinic experience. This position involves managing daily front-of-house operations, assisting with appointments, and supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

Greeting patients and providing a professional, friendly first impression

Managing phone and email enquiries and scheduling appointments

n
- n

Processing payments and maintaining accurate records

n
- n

Providing administrative support to the clinical team

n
- n

Ensuring the reception and waiting areas are tidy and inviting

Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident with valid work rights.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

Previous reception or administration experience (medical or cosmetic clinic experience an advantage, but not essential)

- n

Minimum 2 years of reception or administration experience is required

n
- n

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

n
- n

High attention to detail and strong time management

n
- n

Confidence using computer-based booking systems and Microsoft Office

n
- n

A calm, professional demeanor and a genuine passion for patient care
