Randstad Australia is seeking a Head of Capital & Corporate Finance for its Brisbane operations in the property and real estate sector. You will secure and manage capital across development and construction entities, reporting to the CEO with a dotted line to Group Finance.
You will lead funding strategy, debt facilities, equity/JV capital, intercompany funding, and treasury; build models (IRR, waterfalls) and oversee WIP, claims, tax compliance, and board reporting.
