Australian Red Cross, based at Gateway Shopping Centre, seeks a Store Manager for a permanent, part-time role (30 hours/week). You will drive sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and lead a diverse team of staff and volunteers in a community-focused retail setting.

You will report to the Area Manager and contribute to compliance, merchandising, donation flow and workforce development while upholding Red Cross values and a welcoming store atmosphere.
