Assist our valued customers when choosing Harley-Davidson® timeless leathers, riding gear, casual clothing, helmets, sportswear, general merchandise, accessories and more.

As a Parts and Accessories Salesperson you will: nn
- Greet and assist customers in-store or over the phone, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
n
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of motorcycle parts, accessories, gear, and related products.
n
- Provide product recommendations and explain features and perks to customers.
n
- Maintain a clean and organised showroom, ensuring products are properly displayed and stocked.
n
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new product releases and advancements in motorcycle technology.
n
To be successful in this roleyou will need: nn
- Passion for motorcycles and an understanding of motorcycle parts, accessories and gear.
n
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
n
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the motorcycle industry (not required but an advantage).
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
n
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
n
- Ability to work each Saturday. Saturday work is mandatory.
