Position Summary

The Casual Retail Boutique Assistant / Runner plays a vital operational role in ensuring the seamless daily functioning of our flagship boutique. Acting as the backbone of our floor operations, you will support the Sales Ambassadors by managing stock movement, preparing timepieces and hospitality service for client appointments, maintaining pristine floor presentation, and driving backend efficiency.

This is a casual position required 3 days per week (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday). This operational role is ideal for an organized, energetic individual looking to deliver high-impact support within a premier luxury environment.

Main Responsibilities

- Stock & Floor Support: Swiftly retrieve timepieces, accessories,



and display materials from the vault/stockroom for Sales Ambassadors during active client interactions.

- Boutique Operations: Assist with inventory receiving, unpacking, tagging, and organizing stockroom inventory to maintain high operational efficiency.

- Client Experience Support: Prepare and serve beverages, arrange presentation trays, and assist with welcoming guests to deliver an elevated luxury experience.

- Visual Standards: Ensure the sales floor, display cases, and hospitality areas remain immaculate and aligned with Breitling's visual merchandising guidelines at all times.

- Administrative & Logistics: Support the team with packaging, client gift preparation, stock transfers, and light operational administrative tasks.

- Sales Support: Assist Sales Ambassadors on the floor during consultations by preparing watch trays, gathering extra links or straps, and keeping the consultation space seamlessly prepped to help close sales efficiently.

Your Profile

- Availability: Must be consistently available to work Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

- Experience: Previous experience in retail , stockroom operations, or high-end hospitality is preferred, but passion, energy, and reliability are key.

- Agility & Initiative: Highly energetic, proactive, and comfortable moving quickly in a fast-paced retail environment.

- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to handling precious items, maintaining organized spaces, and following strict boutique security protocols.

- Team Player: Excellent communication skills with a supportive, service-oriented mindset toward colleagues.
