What You’ll Be Doing

Achieve territory sales, gross margin and profitability targets

Grow Fosroc’s share across key customer accounts

Acquire new customers and expand Fosroc’s presence within the territory

Collaborate with the Specification team to secure Fosroc product specifications

Develop strong knowledge across concrete repair, grouts, waterproofing, engineered sealants, industrial flooring and protective coatings

Provide responsive service and support the resolution of customer enquiries

What We’re Looking for

Demonstrated experience in account management and business development within a commercial environment

A strong track record of developing customer relationships and generating recent business

Confident communication, influencing and negotiation skills

Strong analytical capability and financial acumen

Experience using CRM systems to manage customers, leads and opportunities

The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders

Flexibility to travel to regional locations, as required
