Our client is seeking an experienced, client-focused Mortgage Broker to join our team based in the Sydney CBD. In this role, you will act as the vital link between property buyers and lenders, helping clients navigate the loan market to secure the best financial outcomes. You will leverage an established panel of lenders to deliver tailored credit advice while ensuring strict compliance with Australian credit regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to assess their financial position, credit history, borrowing capacity, and long-term property goals.
- Product Matching: Research and analyze credit products across our lender panel to identify appropriate loan structures in line with Best Interests Duty (BID) obligations.




- Application Management: Prepare, package, and submit high-quality loan applications via aggregation software, ensuring all supporting documentation is accurate.

Key Requirements:

- Qualifications: Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is essential (Diploma is highly regarded).
- Memberships: Current membership with an industry body such as the MFAA or FBAA.
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience as a practicing Mortgage Broker or Credit Adviser within Australia.
