The role

Take technical ownership of electrical design across a varied project portfolio, while guiding a team of engineers and designers.

What you’ll do

- Own electrical design delivery from concept through to construction documentation
- Design LV distribution, lighting, communications and security systems
- Run design calculations, including lighting, cable sizing, maximum demand and energy efficiency compliance
- Produce single line diagrams, schematics, specifications and reports
- Coordinate with other disciplines, architects, contractors and clients
- Review team output for quality and compliance with the NCC, Australian Standards and CIBSE
- Support commercial matters on projects, including variations and invoicing
- Coach and develop less experienced engineers

What you’ll bring

- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- RPEQ and/or CPEng
- Senior building services design experience in a multidisciplinary setting
- AutoCAD and Revit proficiency
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder and project management skills
