IT Project Manager - Oracle Fusion Middleware

Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex middleware and integration initiatives within a large enterprise workplace. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in managing Oracle Fusion Middleware upgrades, migrations, or transformation programs, coupled with proven experience delivering large-scale technical projects.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading end-to-end delivery of middleware upgrade, migration, and remediation projects.
n
- Managing Oracle Fusion Middleware-related initiatives, ensuring successful planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement.
n
- Overseeing middleware and integration platform stand-up activities, including environment establishment and deployment coordination.
n
- Coordinating cross-functional teams including architects, infrastructure, application, and integration specialists.
n
- Managing project risks, dependencies, issues, and change impacts across multiple workstreams.
n
- Ensuring project deliverables are achieved within agreed scope, budget, and timelines.
n

Required experience:

n

n
- Demonstrated experience as a Technical Project Manager delivering complex technology or technical projects.
n




- Strong experience managing Oracle Fusion Middleware upgrade, migration, remediation, or transformation initiatives.
n
- Proven track record delivering middleware or integration platform stand-up, upgrade, or migration projects.
n
- Solid understanding of enterprise integration environments, middleware technologies, APIs, and associated infrastructure.
n
- Experience working with senior business and technical stakeholders within large, complex organisations.
n
- Strong project governance, risk management, and delivery management capabilities.
