We are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Rehabilitation Consultants based in Mackay Qld and surrounding areas.

- NDIS participants and plan managers.
- Life, Workers Compensation and CTP Insurers.
- Government Departments.
- Large Corporates and employers.

Qualifications & experience

- AHPRA Registration – Required
- Australian Drivers License – Required
- Current Police Check – Required
- NDIS experience or knowledge – Desirable

Tasks & responsibilities

- Conduct initial rehabilitation needs assessments.
- Develop comprehensive rehabilitation plans to guide return to work and / or recovery.
- Conduct functional assessments, ADL assessments, workplace and ergonomic assessments.
- Steady source of referrals
- Attractive rates based on experience.
