We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our busy, close-knit private practice. The role involves working 2–3 days per week, including 1 in 4 Saturdays, with flexibility to provide additional cover for sick and annual leave and opportunity for additional shifts as required. You will work within a supportive, professional and patient-focused team.
Key responsibilities
- Triage patients and manage enquiries appropriately
- Provide reception services in a busy clinical environment
About you
- Previous private practice medical reception experience
- Proven experience using Best Practice software
- Experience working confidently in a busy clinical environment
- Solid problem-solving and organisational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A cheerful, compassionate and professional manner
- Strong team mentality and excellent communication skills
