This position is client-facing which will require the candidate to intimately understand the client's needs and solve any problems within our scheme requirements. It plays a critical role in ensuring that tasks within a workflow are completed efficiently, accurately and with minimal risk and loss to the organisation within the appropriate service levels.Responsibilities include:

- NDISOperationalsupporttointernal stakeholersonanadhocbasisasdirected byyourmanager
- MaintainingknowledgeintheNDISaccreditation,program rules,administrationandschedulingprocessesandorganizationalpersonnelnetworksusing resources
- AttendandparticipateinNDISClientmeetingsasrequired




- Workingtogether withkeymanagers andteammembers tomeettargets,driveimprovement,implementagreedresourcingcapacity

Education / Professional Qualifications & Experience Required:

- 1-2 years’ experience in a corporate environment
- Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritise projects and multi-task
- Advanced computer and operating systems literacy including office systems and database management
- Knowledge and/or experience with NDIS Certification Systems desirable but not mandatory
